注輦（Coḷa）人，曾在斯里蘭卡師從阿難陀婆那羅多那（Ānanda Vanaratana）學習，後任婆羅地耶寺（Bālādicca-vihāra）住持，著有《色成就論》（Rūpasiddhi）與《偈蜜論》（Pajjamadhu），又名注輦燃燈（Coḷiya Dīpaṅkara）。

A native of Coḷa who studied in Sri Lanka under Ānanda Vanaratana, became head of the Bālādicca monastery, and wrote the Rūpasiddhi and the Pajjamadhu; he is also known as Coḷiya Dīpaṅkara.
