Person三度の訪問で木が裸から花咲き、そして枯れるのを見て、衰退と死の普遍性を悟り辟支仏となったバーラーナシーの王。
A king of Bārāṇasī who, observing a tree change from bare to blossoming to withered over three visits, realised the universality of decay and death and became a Pacceka Buddha.

Person花咲く木が従者によって丸裸にされる一方、近くの花のない木には手が触れられなかったのを見て、所有がもたらす煩わしさを省み、王位を退いて辟支仏となったバーラーナシーの王。
A king of Bārāṇasī who, seeing a flowering tree stripped bare by his retinue while a flowerless tree nearby was left untouched, reflected on the trouble caused by possessions, renounced his throne, and became a Pacceka Buddha.
