波罗奈国王，三度造访花园目睹同一株树由光秃到繁花再到枯萎，因而领悟衰老与死亡乃一切众生所共，遂证得辟支佛果。

A king of Bārāṇasī who, observing a tree change from bare to blossoming to withered over three visits, realised the universality of decay and death and became a Pacceka Buddha.

波罗奈国王，见随从将一株花树采摘殆尽而旁边无花之树却安然无恙，因而省悟财物所带来的祸患，遂弃位出家，证得辟支佛果。

A king of Bārāṇasī who, seeing a flowering tree stripped bare by his retinue while a flowerless tree nearby was left untouched, reflected on the trouble caused by possessions, renounced his throne, and became a Pacceka Buddha.
