เจดีย์สูงหนึ่งโยชน์ในดาวดึงส์ ท้าวสักกะทรงสร้างขึ้นเพื่อประดิษฐานพระเกศาที่พระพุทธเจ้าทรงตัดเมื่อเสด็จออกผนวช และหลังพุทธปรินิพพาน ท้าวสักกะทรงเพิ่มพระรากขวัญเบื้องขวาที่ได้จากโทณะเข้าไว้ด้วย

A cetiya one league high in Tāvatiṃsa, raised by Sakka to enshrine the hair the Buddha cut off when he took up the ascetic life, to which, after the Buddha’s death, Sakka added the right collar bone recovered from Doṇa.
