一则本生故事，讲述王后梦见金鹅，国王因而设阱捕获鹅王达多罗陀（Dhataraṭṭha，即菩萨），忠心大臣苏牟迦（Sumukha）不肯弃他而去，终使二鹅同获自由。

A Jātaka telling how a queen’s dream of a golden goose led a king to trap the goose-king Dhataraṭṭha, the Bodhisatta, whose loyal minister Sumukha’s refusal to abandon him won both their freedom.

另一则本生，菩萨投生为鹅王达多罗陀，被猎人设网捕获，全靠大臣苏牟迦（Sumukha）的忠诚相随方得脱身，鹅王后来促成人间国王厚赏这位忠臣。

A Jātaka in which the Bodhisatta, born as the goose-king Dhataraṭṭha, is caught in a fowler’s snare and freed only through the devotion of his minister Sumukha, whose loyalty the goose-king later rewards through a human king’s generosity.
