තියුණු තරුණ විද්වතෙකු ඔපාසාද වෙත බුදුන් වහන්සේගෙන් ප්‍රශ්න කරන්නට කැඳවාගෙන එන චංකී බ්‍රාහ්මණයා ගැන කියන දේශනාවකි; බුදුන් වහන්සේ සත්‍යය තනිකරම හිමිකම් කියන බ්‍රාහ්මණ දාවේ බැහැර කරමින්, ශ්‍රද්ධාව ප්‍රඥාව හරහා අවබෝධයට යොමු කරන ආකාරය පැහැදිලි කරති, තරුණයාගේ හැරීමෙන් අවසන් වේ.
