다섯 살에 출가하여 삭발한 머리털 뭉치가 아직 남아 있을 때 아라한과를 증득한 이로, 수메다 부처님 시대에는 출가한 고행자로서 망고와 백단향과 살라꽃을 부처님께 공양했다.
