Архат, вступивший в Орден в пять лет и достигший архатства, ещё имея на голове клок остриженных волос; во времена Будды Сумедхи он, будучи отрёкшимся от мира аскетом, подносил ему манго, сандал и цветы сала.

An Arahant who entered the Order at the age of five and attained Arahantship while still having his tonsure hair-ball, having in the time of Sumedha Buddha offered him mangoes, sandalwood, and sāla flowers as a renunciant ascetic.
