A Jātaka about two geese from Cittakūṭa who befriend a tree-spirit, the Bodhisatta, and discuss the Dhamma together until a jackal interrupts them, causing the geese to fly off and never return — told with reference to an old monk who interrupted a conversation between Sāriputta and Moggallāna.
