一则本生故事，是国王 Dīghīti 之子 Dīghāyu 的故事，他谨记父亲临终教诲，在有机会时饶恕梵授王性命，后因此得福，是佛陀就憍赏弥僧团纷争所说。

A birth story continuing the tale of Dīghāyu, son of King Dīghīti, who heeds his father’s dying advice and spares Brahmadatta’s life when given the chance, later benefiting from his forbearance, told in reference to the quarrelsome monks of Kosambī.
