一部经，讲沙弥 Aciravata 未能令王子 Jayasena 满意其关于精勤离欲比丘如何得心中安宁的解答，佛陀遂以调驯野象等譬喻说明耽于逸乐者何以无法领会此理。

A discourse in which the novice Aciravata fails to satisfy the prince Jayasena’s question about how a disciplined monk finds inner peace, prompting the Buddha to explain, through the taming of a wild elephant among other similes, why one too fond of pleasure cannot grasp such matters.
