一部經，講沙彌 Aciravata 未能令王子 Jayasena 滿意其關於精勤離欲比丘如何得心中安寧的解答，佛陀遂以調馴野象等譬喻說明耽於逸樂者何以無法領會此理。

A discourse in which the novice Aciravata fails to satisfy the prince Jayasena’s question about how a disciplined monk finds inner peace, prompting the Buddha to explain, through the taming of a wild elephant among other similes, why one too fond of pleasure cannot grasp such matters.
