一部经，讲述帝释天告诫战阵中的天众可仰望其旌旗顶端以消除恐惧，用以譬喻比丘忆念佛法僧三宝功德以除怖畏，后世亦作为护卫经诵持。

A discourse in which Sakka tells his army to look upon his banner-crest to dispel fear in battle, likened to a monk recalling the virtues of the Buddha, Dhamma, and Saṅgha to overcome fear, later used as a protective chant.
