一部經，講述帝釋天告誡戰陣中的天眾可仰望其旌旗頂端以消除恐懼，用以譬喻比丘憶念佛法僧三寶功德以除怖畏，後世亦作為護衛經誦持。

A discourse in which Sakka tells his army to look upon his banner-crest to dispel fear in battle, likened to a monk recalling the virtues of the Buddha, Dhamma, and Saṅgha to overcome fear, later used as a protective chant.
