කාසි රටේ බ්‍රාහ්මණයෙකු ලෙස තපසට වී සිටි බෝධිසත්වයන් වහන්සේ හා ඔහුගේ මිතුරන් බරණැස් නගරවාසීන්ගෙන් ආහාර ලබාගත් ආකාරය, සැවැත් නුවර තරුණයන් දෙදෙනකු බුදුරජාණන් වහන්සේ හා සංඝයාට ආහාර සැපයීමට මුදල් රැස්කළ අවස්ථාවට සමානව කියන ලද ජාතක කථාවකි.

A Jātaka in which the Bodhisatta, a brahmin of Kāsi turned ascetic, and his companions are given food by the people of Bārāṇasī, told in reference to two young men who organized a collection to feed the Buddha and his monks in Sāvatthi.
