Person一位离车族酋长,目睹尼犍陀萨遮迦在与佛陀辩论中落败后,将他比作被村童从池中拽出、任意戏弄的螃蟹;注释指出,尽管其名意为“丑陋”,他本人其实相貌堂堂。
A Licchavi chieftain who, having witnessed the Nigaṇṭha Saccaka worsted in debate with the Buddha, likened him to a crab pulled from a pond and mistreated by village boys; the commentary notes that, despite his name meaning ugly, he was in fact quite handsome.

Person北般遮罗国甘毗罗城的国王;他目睹一头公牛因贪求母牛而斗杀另一头公牛,因而体悟贪欲之害,进入禅定,证得辟支佛果。
A king of Kampilla in Uttarapañcāla who, upon witnessing a bull kill another out of lust for a cow, recognised the evil nature of lust, entered into a trance, and became a Pacceka Buddha.
