ဗုဒ္ဓသာသနာကို တစ်ကြိမ်တည်း ကြားနာပြီးနောက် ရဟန္တာဖြစ်ခဲ့သော သေတဗျ မြို့မှ ရဟန်းတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ထို့ကြောင့် ‘တရားကို တစ်ကြိမ်တည်း ကြားနာသူ’ ဟု အနက်ရှိသော အမည်ကို ရရှိခဲ့သည်။

A monk of Setabyā who attained Arahantship after hearing the Buddha’s teaching only once, hence his name meaning ‘one who heard the Dhamma once’.
