一位阿罗汉，九十一个劫以前身为汉娑筏底（Haṃsavatī）的陶匠，供养一佛一只精制的陶钵，因此此后常以金银钵盛食，据信即后来的摩诃周那长老（Mahācunda Thera）。

An arahant who, ninety-one world-cycles ago as a potter of Haṃsavatī, gave a well-made clay bowl to a Buddha and, as a result, always thereafter ate from bowls of gold and silver; he is thought to be the same person as the elder Mahācunda.
