一位阿羅漢，九十一個劫以前身為漢娑筏底（Haṃsavatī）的陶匠，供養一佛一隻精製的陶鉢，因此此後常以金銀鉢盛食，據信即後來的摩訶周那長老（Mahācunda Thera）。

An arahant who, ninety-one world-cycles ago as a potter of Haṃsavatī, gave a well-made clay bowl to a Buddha and, as a result, always thereafter ate from bowls of gold and silver; he is thought to be the same person as the elder Mahācunda.
