ရာဇဂြိုဟ်သို့ အသစ်ရောက်ရှိလာသော ရိုင်းစိုင်းသည့် တောရဟန်းတစ်ပါးကို သတိထားမိသော သာရိပုတြက၊ တောနေ ရဟန်းသည် အသင်းဝင်နေထိုင်မှုတွင် စောင့်ထိန်းရမည့် တာဝန်များကို အစည်းအဝေးအား သင်ကြားပြီး၊ ရွာနေ ရဟန်းများလည်း အလားတူ စံနှုန်း ကိုင်ဆောင်ရမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း မဟာမောဂ္ဂလာန်အား အတည်ပြုခဲ့သော သုတ်ဖြစ်သည်။
