အနုရာဓပူရမြို့ရှိ မဟာစေတီတော် ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးကို ကြီးကြပ်ရန် ဒုတ္ထဂါမနီမင်းက တာဝန်ပေးအပ်ခံရသော မထေရ်ကြီး၊ စေတီတော်ပေါ်တွင် ကြေးနီရနင်းကြီးတစ်ခု ဖန်တီးခြင်းနှင့် အနုစေတီတော် ဖွင့်ပွဲသို့ တက်ရောက်လိုသော ကျွန်းသားများအားလုံးအား တစ်နေ့တည်း ရောက်ရှိပြန်လာနိုင်စေခြင်း အပါအဝင် ကြီးမားသောစိတ္တဇတန်ခိုးများ ရှိသည်ဟု အသိအမှတ်ပြုခံရသည်။

A thera entrusted by King Duṭṭhagāmaṇī with superintending the construction of the Mahā Thūpa at Anurādhapura, credited with great psychic powers including creating a vast copper parasol over the shrine and enabling every islander who wished to attend its dedication to do so and return home the same day.

အသောကမင်း လက်ထက် တည်ဆောက်သော ဘုန်းကြီးကျောင်း ရှစ်သောင်းလေးထောင် ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးကို ကြီးကြပ်ရန် ခန့်အပ်ခံရသော မထေရ်ကြီး၊ ထိုကျောင်းများ၏ ဖွင့်ပွဲများအားလုံးကို တစ်နေ့တည်း ကျင်းပနိုင်ရန် စိတ္တဇတန်ခိုးကို အသုံးပြုခဲ့ပြီး၊ နောင်တွင် သူ့မာန်ကို ဘုရင်၏ နူးညံ့သော ဆုံးမမှုဖြင့် နှိမ့်ချခံရပြီးနောက် အရဟတ္တဖိုလ်သို့ ရောက်ရှိခဲ့သည်။
