카마 자타카와 유사한 자타카로, 바라나시 왕의 탐욕스러운 장남에 관한 이야기다. 의사로 변장한, 보디삿타로 여겨지는 삭카 자신이 왕을 치료하고, 그 보답으로 세 도시가 제안된다.

A Jātaka resembling the Kāma Jātaka, about the greedy elder son of a king of Bārāṇasī, in which Sakka himself, disguised as a physician and identified with the Bodhisatta, cures the king while three cities are proposed as his reward.
