『スッタニパータ』アッタカヴァッガ（Aṭṭhakavagga）第一経で、仏陀があるバラモンの農夫を繰り返し訪ね、予見していた通り洪水で収穫が破壊された後に彼を慰め、預流果を得させた。

The first discourse of the Aṭṭhakavagga of the Suttanipāta, in which the Buddha repeatedly visited a brahmin farmer and, after the man’s harvest was destroyed by flood just as foreseen, consoled him, leading him to become a Stream-winner.
