Kūṭavāṇija Jātaka
Jātaka商人パンディタ(菩薩)が、木の中に隠れた父親をいぶり出すことで不正な相棒アティパンディタの偽りの樹霊相談を暴くジャータカ。
A Jātaka in which the merchant Paṇḍita (the Bodhisatta) exposes his dishonest partner Atipaṇḍita’s fake consultation with a tree-spirit by smoking out the father hidden inside the tree.

Jātaka預けた鋤の刃をネズミが食べたと嘘をつかれた村人が、友人の息子を鷹がさらったと偽って仕返しし、最終的に裁判官である菩薩が二人の争いを解決するジャータカ。
A Jātaka in which a villager, cheated by a claim that mice ate his deposited ploughshares, retaliates by pretending a hawk carried off his friend’s son, until the judge — the Bodhisatta — settles their dispute.
