《中部》第二十一经，为比丘摩利耶普纳所说，教导比丘即使被人以锯节节肢解也不应生嗔，并以韦提希夫人表面温和、实被婢女试探而露出真性情的故事为喻。

The twenty-first discourse of the Majjhimanikāya, taught to the monk Moliya-Phagguna, teaching that a monk must never give way to anger even if sawn apart limb by limb, illustrated by the tale of the supposedly gentle lady Vedehikā whose patience failed under her servant’s testing.
