附属于迦梨耶尼塔（Kalyāṇi-cetiya）的一座寺院，历代高僧多驻锡于此，曾由维阇耶巴忽三世（Vijayabāhu III）重修，后来声望极高，甚至有缅甸派来的僧众特地在此受具足戒。

A monastery attached to the Kalyāṇi shrine that housed eminent monks through the centuries, was restored by King Vijayabāhu III, and later became so prestigious that monks sent from Burma received their ordination there.
