波羅奈國王，其子曾被預言將死於缺水，後來因褻瀆一位辟支佛的鉢而周身起火，四周之水恰巧全部乾涸而無法撲救致死，國王痛失愛子後悟出應斷除執愛，前生即《Dhammaddhaja Jātaka》中的 Chattapāṇi。

King of Bārāṇasī whose son, prophesied to die from lack of water, perished in flames after desecrating a Pacceka Buddha’s bowl when all nearby water dried up, an event that led the grieving king to renounce attachment; he is identified with Chattapāṇi of the Dhammaddhaja Jātaka.
