カニッタ・ティッサの息子であるスリランカの王で、王位を得るために兄クッジャナーガを殺害し、エーカナーリカの飢饉の間も慈善事業を続け、後にシリナーガによって廃位された。

A king of Sri Lanka, son of Kaniṭṭha-Tissa, who killed his elder brother Khujjanāga to take the throne, maintained his charitable works through the Ekanālika famine, and was later deposed by Sirināga.
