Kukkura Jātaka
JātakaA Jātaka in which a king orders every dog but his own destroyed after his chariot straps are gnawed, not realizing his own dogs were the culprits, until the leader of a pack of cemetery dogs proves this by making the royal dogs vomit up the evidence, then teaches the king a code of righteous conduct that benefited dogs for ten thousand years afterward.
