보살이 영양으로 태어나 사냥꾼의 매복을 피한 이야기를 전하는 자타카로, 그 사냥꾼은 Devadatta와 동일시되며 이 이야기는 Devadatta가 붓다에 맞서 꾸민 음모와 관련해 설해졌다.
