Jātaka一則本生故事,講述一頭在喜馬拉雅山中奉養盲母的象,被俘入王家象廄後絕食不食,直至獲釋歸養其母,用以稱讚一位孝順母親的比丘。
A birth-story about an elephant who cared for his blind mother in the Himalayas, was captured for the royal stables but refused to eat until freed to return to her, told in praise of a monk devoted to his own mother.
