Maṇisūkāra Jātaka
JātakaA birth story about a group of boars terrified by a lion’s reflection in their crystal cave, who try in vain to dull the crystal with mud and their own bristles until the resident ascetic tells them a crystal cannot be sullied, told in reference to heretics’ failed attempt to slander the Buddha over the death of Sundarī.
