미틸라의 망고 숲으로, 마가데와 왕이 재가 생활에서 물러난 후 명상한 곳이다. 부처님 시대에도 여전히 존재했으며, 부처님과 아난다가 한때 머물렀고 부처님이 마가데와경을 설한 곳이다
