ဘုရားရှင်၏ အထင်ရှားဆုံး တပည့်တော်များအနက် တစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပြီး ဘုရားရှင် အနှစ်ချုပ်ဟောကြားခဲ့သည်တို့ကို ကျယ်ကျယ်ဖြန့်ချီရာတွင် ထိပ်တန်းအဖြစ် ကြေညာခံရသူဖြစ်ကာ ဥဇ္ဇေနီတွင် နန်းတွင်းပုရောဟိတ်၏ သားတော်အဖြစ် ဖွားမြင်ခဲ့ပြီး နောင်တွင် အဝန္တီတိုင်းတစ်ခွင်လုံးတွင် ဗုဒ္ဓသာသနာကို တည်ထောင်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြင့် ကျော်ကြားခဲ့သည်။
