보통 디가바나카아바야라 불리며 체티야기리에 거주하였고, 사원을 약탈하겠다고 위협한 산적을 환대로써 감복시킨 적이 있는 저명한 장로.

An eminent elder, usually called Dīghabhāṇaka-Abhaya, who lived at Cetiyagiri and once won over a brigand threatening to pillage the monastery by hosting him with hospitality.
