佛陀於乞食途中對羅睺羅所說的一部經，教其以「非我」觀一切蘊，後又借地水火風空諸界、不淨觀、無常想及四梵住闡明入出息唸的修習。

A discourse on the alms round in which the Buddha teaches Rāhula to regard all the aggregates as not-self, and later explains mindfulness of breathing through contemplation of the elements, foulness, impermanence, and the divine abidings.
