Person코살라의 파세나디 왕의 정비로, 화환 장인의 딸이었으나 소녀 시절 부처님께 보시하여 왕의 총애를 얻었고, 후에 부처님의 헌신적인 신도이자 신임받는 왕실 고문이 되었다.
