  • Un roi de Magadha, arrière-petit-fils d’Ajātasattu, qui tua son propre père pour accéder au trône et fut plus tard tué par son fils ; accablé de chagrin à la mort de sa reine Bhaddā, il fit embaumer son corps jusqu’à ce que le thera Nārada le console.

  • A king of Magadha, great-grandson of Ajātasattu, who killed his own father to gain the throne and was later killed by his son; overwhelmed by grief at his queen Bhaddā’s death, he had her body embalmed until the elder Nārada consoled him.
