Nāgapupphiya
Personパドゥムッタラ仏の時代にバラモンの教師であり、仏陀が空を飛ぶのを見て驚嘆し、その道筋にナーガ花を撒いた阿羅漢。おそらくダンマサヴァ長老と同一人物である。
An Arahant who, in the time of Padumuttara Buddha, was a brahmin teacher and, marvelling at seeing the Buddha fly through the air, scattered nāga flowers along his path; he is probably identical with the elder Dhammasava.

Personロマサカンギヤ長老とおそらく同一の阿羅漢で、遠い昔、ある仏陀――おそらくヴィパッシー――が通りを歩くのを見てナーガ花を供えた。
An Arahant probably identical with the elder Lomasakaṅgiya, who long ago saw a Buddha — possibly Vipassī — walking along a street and offered him nāga flowers.
