พระอรหันต์ผู้ในสมัยพระปทุมุตตรพุทธเจ้าเคยเป็นพราหมณ์ผู้เป็นครู เมื่อได้เห็นพระพุทธเจ้าเสด็จเหาะไปในอากาศก็เกิดความอัศจรรย์ใจ จึงโปรยดอกนาคตามทางเสด็จ ท่านน่าจะเป็นบุคคลเดียวกับพระธัมมสวเถระ

An Arahant who, in the time of Padumuttara Buddha, was a brahmin teacher and, marvelling at seeing the Buddha fly through the air, scattered nāga flowers along his path; he is probably identical with the elder Dhammasava.

พระอรหันต์ผู้น่าจะเป็นบุคคลเดียวกับพระโลมสกังคิยเถระ ผู้ซึ่งในอดีตกาลได้เห็นพระพุทธเจ้าพระองค์หนึ่ง — อาจเป็นพระวิปัสสี — เสด็จดำเนินตามถนน จึงถวายดอกนาคแด่พระองค์

An Arahant probably identical with the elder Lomasakaṅgiya, who long ago saw a Buddha — possibly Vipassī — walking along a street and offered him nāga flowers.
