Un Licchavī dont le nom personnel était Mahāli mais qui était connu sous le nom d’Oṭṭhaddha pour son bec-de-lièvre ; sa conversation avec le Bouddha, obtenue grâce à l’intervention du novice Sīha, est consignée dans le Mahāli Sutta.
