一部经,佛陀在憍赏弥见一段浮木顺流而下,以浮木若不搁浅、不沉没、不腐烂、不被截留即能漂抵大海,比喻比丘若能避开种种险阻便能一路趣向涅槃,牧牛人 Nanda 闻法后随即出家。
A discourse in which the Buddha, seeing a log float down the river at Kosambī, compares a monk’s unhindered progress to nibbāna with a log that avoids grounding, sinking, rotting, or being seized along its way to the ocean, at the end of which the cowherd Nanda joins the Order.
