코나가마나 부처님 시대에 라자가하에 살았다고 전해지는 전설적 주민들로, 당시 웨풀라산은 왕카카라 불렸다. 그들은 삼만 년을 살았고 산을 오르는 데 사흘, 내려오는 데 사흘이 걸렸다.
