一則本生故事，講眾樹神受菩薩勸告應群居於相鄰的樹中，而非各自孤立而居，後來一場暴風將所有孤立的樹連根拔起，唯獨聚居的樹林安然無恙，此故事講給因羅希尼河水源爭執不下的釋迦族與拘利族，以說明團結的可貴。

A Jātaka about tree-spirits advised by the Bodhisatta to settle together near one another rather than in solitary trees, after which a storm uproots every isolated tree while those clustered together survive unharmed, told by the Buddha to the feuding Sākiyan and Koliyan clans to demonstrate the value of unity.
