ถ้ำบนไหล่เขาคิชฌกูฏ ซึ่งพระพุทธเจ้าทรงแสดงพระธรรมเทศนาแก่ทีฆนขะ อันเป็นเหตุให้พระสารีบุตรบรรลุอรหัตผล กล่าวกันว่าถ้ำนี้ปรากฏขึ้นจากการขุดคุ้ยของหมูป่าและน้ำฝน แล้วผู้อยู่อาศัยในป่าตกแต่งและถวายแด่พระพุทธเจ้า

A cave on the slope of Gijjhakūṭa where the Buddha taught the discourse to Dīghanakha during which Sāriputta attained Arahantship, said to have been uncovered by a boar’s digging and rain, then furnished by a forest dweller and given to the Buddha.
