พระสูตรที่อิสิปตนะ ซึ่งพระพุทธเจ้าทรงระลึกถึงการทรงแสดงอริยสัจสี่เป็นครั้งแรกที่นั่น และทรงตักเตือนภิกษุให้ปฏิบัติตามพระสารีบุตรและพระมหาโมคคัลลานะ จากนั้นพระสารีบุตรทรงรับช่วงแสดงธรรมเพื่ออธิบายอริยสัจอย่างละเอียด ซึ่งภายหลังถูกนำไปรวมไว้ในมหาสติปัฏฐานสูตร

A discourse at Isipatana in which the Buddha recalls first teaching the Four Noble Truths there and exhorts the monks to follow Sāriputta and Mahā-Moggallāna, after which Sāriputta takes up the discourse to give a detailed exposition of the Truths — later incorporated into the Mahāsatipaṭṭhāna Sutta.
