一部经，讲述在天神与阿修罗交战期间，一群持戒的仙人因遭阿修罗王 Sambara 拒绝其求护承诺，遂诅咒他永受惊惧，致其癫狂而改称 Vepacitti。

A discourse recounting how virtuous seers, refused a pledge of safety by Sambara, lord of the Asuras, during a war between the gods and Asuras, curse him with everlasting terror, driving him to the derangement that gave him the name Vepacitti.
