一部經，講述在天神與阿修羅交戰期間，一群持戒的仙人因遭阿修羅王 Sambara 拒絕其求護承諾，遂詛咒他永受驚懼，致其癲狂而改稱 Vepacitti。

A discourse recounting how virtuous seers, refused a pledge of safety by Sambara, lord of the Asuras, during a war between the gods and Asuras, curse him with everlasting terror, driving him to the derangement that gave him the name Vepacitti.
