රාජ ඉල්ලීම මත සිංහල අටුවා කිහිපයක් රචනා කළ, සංඝ විනය ප්‍රතිසංස්කරණ මෙහෙයවූ, උපසම්පදාව යළි ලබා ගැනීමට තායිලන්තයට තානාපති කණ්ඩායමක් සැලසුම් කළ, අවසානයේ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ සංඝරාජ ලෙස පත් කරන ලද ප්‍රභූ ශ්‍රී ලාංකික භික්ෂුවකි.
