Person一名游方僧,曾潜入僧团意图窃取他误以为是佛陀秘传“咒术”的秘密(实为戒本),还俗后四处夸口,佛陀公开对质时他却哑口无言,无法自圆其说。
A wanderer who briefly joined the Order in order to secretly learn what he believed was the Buddha’s secret ‘magic formula’—actually just the monastic code—and, after leaving to boast of his discovery, was publicly and silently unable to defend his false claims when challenged by the Buddha.
